Terms of use

Last updated October 7, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to the Ponder Chamber of Commerce website and the Ponder Connect app. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.

Listings and information

Member businesses and event organizers supply their own listing details, and the Chamber shares that information as provided. Some business details are first filled in from Overture Maps open data and then checked by Chamber staff. The Chamber does its best to keep it current but does not guarantee that it is complete or accurate, and a listing is not an endorsement. Please check hours, prices and other details with the business or organizer before relying on them. Member businesses can also send their own details, logo and photos through a private listing link. By sending them, the business confirms that it owns the photos and logo or has permission to use them, and that anyone who can be recognised in them has agreed to be shown, and it lets the Chamber show them, with the details, on its website, app and social media. Chamber staff check everything before it appears and may edit, leave out or remove any of it. To change or remove listing details or photos, email the Chamber.

Acceptable use

Use the website and the app only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt or overload them, reach parts that are not public, collect information about other people, or copy content in bulk by automated means. The Chamber may limit access for anyone who misuses them.

Links to other websites

The website and the app link to services the Chamber does not control, such as member businesses’ own websites, Apple Maps and Google Maps, and social media. The Chamber is not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to these terms

The Chamber may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the website or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
