Ponder Elementary Sunshine Program
The Sunshine Committee, a staff-led group at the elementary, is focused on encouraging and celebrating the incredible educators and staff who pour so much into our students every day. The Sunshine Committee exists to boost staff morale, strengthen relationships, and support our team through both life's celebrations and challenges. Throughout the year, they organize surprise treats, appreciation events, small gifts, and support for milestones such as weddings, baby showers, and times of bereavement.
